these terms are in place to protect me and my work as an artist. by asking and agreeing to work with me, you are automatically agreeing with all these terms.General terms:✦Never remove my watermarks for any reason.
✦I will only offer refunds if I have not started to work on your commission, otherwise I reserve the right to refuse refunds, please consider carefully before ordering!
✦I do not work with minors.
✦When posting my work anywhere always provide clear credit.
✦Always ask for permission to use my fandom artwork. you may use art you’ve commissioned as you like.
✦All my commissions are for your personal use and NOT commercial (ask me to clarify anything!).
✦Always KEEP MY ART AWAY FROM ALL AI PROGRAMS! i do not support 'ai art' in anyway!Commission tos:✦ i do not work with deadlines unless i specifically agree! (example: Bday gifts)
✦ all my written prices are starter prices. there is a chance depending on your design/prompt that i might have to charge a complexity fee.
✦ please do not ask me to imitate someone else’s artstyle. when commissioning you should be familiar with my portfolio and what i can offer.
✦ don’t ask me to copy or heavily reference other people’s work or designs. inspiration is fine.
✦ you may use art you’ve commissioned from me for whatever you like! just remember to credit me.

✧ work with brighter colours.
✧ draw simple backgrounds, complex rendering on portraits and draw story driven work. with lots of time given i may also do full painting style pieces.i will not:✧ draw anything hateful in nature that involves human rights violations, misogyny, homophobia, racism and anything of the sort.
✧ draw anything similar to vomit and bodily fluids like that.
✧ draw minors or feral characters in ANY explicit scenario, don’t be weird.
✧ all nsfw content must ALWAYS be 100% consentual in nature.
✧ draw extreme depictions of body horror, abuse, gore, violence etc.
